Flaxseed Oatmeal Cookies
Beat together:
1 cup Soy Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 free range Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
In a separate bowl mix:
2 cups Flour
2 cups Oatmeal (the ones from WFC)
1/2 cup ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
Add to Sugar mixture.
Then stir in:
1 1/2 cups chopped Walnuts or Chocolate Chips
1 cup Raisins
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until done.
